The programme began with an introduction by the hosts- Yashvi and Hailey- students of class 4A.
They welcomed the audience which included the administrator Mr. Oscar gonsalves and Principal Mrs. Sharmila Umesh, Co-ordinators Mrs. Smita Yerdoor and Mrs. Jyotsna braganza and of course enthusiastic parents of the students of Class 4.
The students of 4 A sang a prayer, which was followed by a skit on obedience which was the theme chosen by 4A. The girls presented a dance. All the students sang a Marathi song which was a part of the Sweet melodies programme.
The students of 4 B presented a skit on their theme- Sharing is caring.This was based on Oscar Wilde's story of Selfish Giant, which also included a dance too.
The students of 4 C Put up a skit on Honesty being the best policy, recited a poem on the same theme. They sang a song on Peace.
The students Of 4 E -Rendered the Konkani song-Jeevith Goaenkarache which was their item for ‘Sweet Melodies'.This was followed by a skit on ‘Love'. The students also put up a dance.
The students of 4 D- performed a skit on ‘Gratitude',followed by a ‘Thank You song'. This was the Grand Finale.
The teachers of class 4 also presented a song.
Spot prizes were given to the parents-1.the father who could name all the teachers teaching his child.
2. The mother who could name the support staff of our section.
3. The parent who could name the number of children in class 4C
4. The biggest family to attend the class day.
5. The parent who could identify a carol, whose music was played.
The Administrator Mr. Oscar Gonsalves and the Principal Mrs. Sharmila addressed the audience.
The parents left feeling very happy after the national anthem was sung.
